The Role
You won't just be answering phones or greeting customers—you'll be the first impression, the welcoming smile, and the positive energy that sets the tone for every interaction.
As our Receptionist, you'll be at the heart of our daily operations, making sure every person who calls or walks through our doors feels seen, heard, and cared for. You'll help customers with their immediate needs, keep the office running smoothly, and look for opportunities to go above and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Be the welcoming face and positive voice of our agency, greeting customers and answering incoming calls with warmth and energy
- Help customers with everyday needs, including billing questions, policy changes, and connecting them with the right team member
- Create an exceptional customer experience by responding to calls, texts, emails, and walk-ins with care and urgency
- Support the team by scheduling appointments, preparing documents, processing paperwork, and keeping daily tasks on track
- Keep the office organized, welcoming, and running smoothly so our team can focus on serving customers
- Contribute to a team culture where how we treat each other matters just as much as the work we do
